Daisy Ward has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2001. Her background is in the medical field, she holds a Certified Pilates Instructor Certification with Balanced Body and Core Pilates NYC, and Personal Trainer Certification. She’s been sharing her passion for health and fitness with people of all ages, helping them make permanent changes in their lives. She is intuitive about the physiological needs of the body and strives to create an environment that is practical and directed towards both the healing and fitness aspects of Pilates.
