More than 10 years of experience as a Pilates Teacher, Frank specializes in training with athletes and with special population (low back issues, scoliosis, postural problems). Frank takes pride in creating unique, individualized workouts that are challenging, fun, and effective. He is convinced that each personalized session is an important stone for his clients to achieve their goals. His approach to training begins with postural alignment assessment and corrective exercises, followed by progressive skill development to build well-rounded workouts. He believes that uniform body development is the key for a strong and flexible body free of injuries. Frank holds a B.A. in Kinesiology and M.A. in Training. He is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher, Balanced Body Pilates Qualified Teacher, Fletcher Pilates Qualified Teacher and Balanced Body Pilates Faculty Teacher.
