Ginny had been practicing Pilates for over 7 years, while realizing the incredible benefits and its concrete method of focused movement, she decided to pursue her instructor certification studying under Amalia Maria – through the Balanced Body Method – in the Summer of 2017.

Coming from years in a high level corporate background, Ginny needed a change in her life.

FRANK

Instructor

More than 10 years of experience as a Pilates Teacher, Frank specializes in training with athletes and with special population (low back issues, scoliosis, postural problems). Frank takes pride in creating unique, individualized workouts that are challenging, fun, and effective.

AMALIA

Instructor

Amalia Maria has been a practitioner of the healing and strengthening arts for 10 years. Her interest and knowledge started at home as a child. Family traditions centered around clean, whole foods, as well as physical and spiritual fitness, seeded a deep passion for, and intuitive understanding of, the body and it´s roll in overall longevity, happiness and well being.

DAVIA

Instructor

Davia was introduced to Pilates after suffering from chronic pain due to an accident in 2006. She was looking for a well rounded workout that also was appropriate for her injuries. She was amazed with the results that Pilates provided and has never looked back.

LAURA

Instructor

A native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Laura completed her marketing degree in Calgary, Alberta. As a result of a car accident, her activity was limited and Pilates became her journey to recovery.  Laura is a Core Dynamics Pilates Instructor 2009, certified through Michelle Larsson’s Instructor program in Santa Fe, New Mexico. One of the most respected leaders in Pilates today, Michelle travels the country sharing her expertise in scoliosis and back pain with Pilates teachers at Pilates conventions and workshops.

SARAH

Instructor

After a career in Investment Banking, Sarah stayed home to raise three boys, and in 1992, discovered Pilates for her own personal workout routine. Her enthusiasm grew as she found that Pilates was more than a workout; it’s a way of moving effectively and efficiently. Sarah became Certified in Pilates at the Physical Mind Institute in 2008 and in 2013 she also became comprehensively certified by Balanced Body. In 2014 Sarah was licensed and certified in the “Pilates for Buff Bones” Bone Health and movement program. Sarah maintains her professional practice at Infinite Conscious Conditioning.
