Ginny had been practicing Pilates for over 7 years, while realizing the incredible benefits and its concrete method of focused movement, she decided to pursue her instructor certification studying under Amalia Maria – through the Balanced Body Method – in the Summer of 2017.
Coming from years in a high level corporate background, Ginny needed a change in her life.
A native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Laura completed her marketing degree in Calgary, Alberta. As a result of a car accident, her activity was limited and Pilates became her journey to recovery.
More than 10 years of experience as a Pilates Teacher, Frank specializes in training with athletes and with special population (low back issues, scoliosis, postural problems). Frank takes pride in creating unique, individualized workouts that are challenging, fun, and effective.
Laura received her full mat and equipment Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Power Pilates NYC and worked for several years at Core Pilates and Equinox before starting her boutique studio, Laura Ashley Pilates.
Davia was introduced to Pilates after suffering from chronic pain due to an accident in 2006. She was looking for a well rounded workout that also was appropriate for her injuries. She was amazed with the results that Pilates provided and has never looked back.
An Australian born Physical Therapist, Vennesa moved to the USA in 2015. After working in the clinical environment for 8 years Vennesa decided to explore other avenues of rehabilitation and restoration by gaining certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition and Pilates.
I initially discovered Pilates living in NYC during college and have been practicing Pilates for 15+years. I always found myself returning to this practice and loving how it makes me feel physically, mentally and spiritually.
After a career in Investment Banking, Sarah stayed home to raise three boys, and in 1992, discovered Pilates for her own personal workout routine. Her enthusiasm grew as she found that Pilates was more than a workout; it’s a way of moving effectively and efficiently. Sarah became Certified in Pilates at the Physical Mind Institute in 2008 and in 2013 she also became comprehensively certified by Balanced Body. In 2014 Sarah was licensed and certified in the “Pilates for Buff Bones” Bone Health and movement program. Sarah maintains her professional practice at Infinite Conscious Conditioning.
